I am in as well. I think we should get things clarified from them. If it takes years to get that area developed, then it is definitely a concern. Also we have to check on what Rhymer is planning to do with the property if it takes so long to develop.

I called Umair to take the appointment of Director Ismail Sait but he is not in Bangalore

currently he is in London and he will be back some time 20th so i have fixed the appointment on 23rd Nov

Hi, Is Meeting on December 7th On? I'm sensing there is no commitment now Umair is pointing talk to Rhymer. It is definitely large project, we should be seeing some incremental progress and positive updates, nothing is visible till now. I protect our investment and hard earned money we should meet, discuss and take individual's opinion on that day.

As of now the appointment is fixed for Dec 7th, will update by Thursday.

If they avoid meeting again, it's better we all can meet and discuss and find out how to go head about it.

I just confirmed abt the meeting on 7th Dec with Umeir, the meeting is as per the schedule. MD will be back by tomorrow and his son (Salmon) is here in bangalore. So we all will meet by 7th Dec.

I just Received SMS from Umair, saying the meeting is postponed to 14th Saturday.

I think they are avoiding the meeting intentionally as there is no progress.

people can suggest what can we do?

I think some words are missing after good.

I expect BMRDA approvals to come earliest by June-July 2014 (best case). However, this should be communicated honestly by Rhymer. They are always saying approvlas will come in 2-3 months since the past 6 months. I had mentioned it to Mr Ismail/Salman that they can give a pessimistic date because giving some timeline and then going back on it creates credibility issues. Better to give a pessimistic time-frame and deliver earlier than that.

I have concerns because by this time (6 months) atleast the DC conversion and registration of land in Rhymer's name should have been completed.

Sure . The whole thing looks bad now..

There is no DC conversion needed since it is industrial land and not agriculture land....They only need to get the change of land use.

It seems like they are not planning to bribe at this stage and that is what delyang the process.
