The request to do the change of land use is obtained by Rhymer now. This is the one that was taking time.
Now they will actually do the conversion and after that get the BMRDA approval. They said that things can happen only after election and would take another 3 months ...
@Others in the group : If I have missed out on anything, plz add ...

Hi All, Election code is over, I think we should start interacting with developer to get concrete plan. It is been more than year now.

Hi all,

It is learnt that wire fencing/ boundary work is being done, however, it will be wise deceision to have a meeting with Rhymer,in early next month.

Hi,

 Month before communication from  Umeir was, the fencing work has started and will be done in 15 days. hopefully It is done, if not need to check with umeir.

I spoke to Umair yesterday and he said that they have some meeting with the BBMP on Thursday and that he will update after that on the next steps .

Is it BBMP or BMRDA ?? Rhymer Easton location doesnt come under BBMP limits. Also, I dont think boundary wall for a 46 acre property can be constructed within 15 days.

Any further update ? Has the boundary wall construction started ? And is the land now residentially converted ?
