It's a trip that has me puzzled. It's supposed to be the North
Wales league, yet we play Llanidloes, Dolgellau, Machynlleth, Rhayader
and Welshpool. We used to have shorter journies when we played in the
full Welsh League system!
There certainly seems to be a case for reforming the two allegedly
North Wales divisions into North and Mid Wales, which would reduce
travelling times drastically and maybe even give teams like us the
chance to play a few games over the border in Cheshire and the Wirral,
where standards of play are just as high.
