'Open 10' Time Trial - Sunday July 13th. VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED

There are just 2 weeks to go until Rhyl CC's Open 10 Mile Time Trial.

I need marshals to help run the event on the day, plus there are a few other specific tasks that require volunteers including:

- Pushing the riders off at the start

- Looking after the HQ and filling in the results board

- Tea and coffee (not essential if push comes to shove, but often goes down well with the riders)

I will be putting signs out on Saturday evening, and finishing them off on Sunday morning. If anyone wants to give me a hand with that task, it would make it a lot easier!

Normally I would do the HQ and results board during the event, however this year I need to be at the start and finish area to oversee the timekeeping. This means that I need at least 1 person to stay at the HQ to ensure riders sign-on and collect their number, then to fill in the results board as the times are phoned through from the finish.

I would like to get the marshals and HQ sorted by JULY 8TH AT THE LATEST.

JULY 9TH UPDATE:

I need at least 5 or 6 more volunteers for this event. Time is getting short and I need to sort out marshal location by Thursday at the latest so I can let everyone know where they are going to be on the course. Please come forward if you are available, because we have nearly 50 riders taking part, but I can't run it if I don't have marshals in all the required locations.
