Shobha yatra on swami Vivekanand b`day

There is a Big Shobha Yatra on Swami Vivekanad`s B`day in Gurgaon and our children are also partcipating in it they have to look like Swami Vivekanand and walk with that yatra .

Dear , Finally you all have to coordinate with each other for the program me of 12 th Jan 2013   but according to me the schedule will be-----

1) Ankit and Jitender will reach school at 11.45 am

2) and then jitender will hire two autos from kataria chowk to DAV public school khandsa road

3) or else jitender you can transport children by local bus , the bus should be towards khandsa village 

4) and Manish you have to co-ordinate with Jitender

5) and jitender you have to call Ankit .

6) I will tell preeti madam about all the programme .

the scheduled programme is,,

 at 1.00 pm the shobha yatra will start from DAV school khandsa road and at 4.pm it will reach at Dushehra ground new colony .

I can not mail the invitation card to you people but will send it to you tommorow.

Dear ankit and jitender once you meet Manish then there will be no worry because Manish is known to Gurgaon and he knows how to manage ?
