Has she been denied justice yet, why can't they let police investigate the matter first. Just by forming a NGO specially for this murder case what are these ppl trying to achieve, wht will this ngo do after the case is done. 

Nowadays its a trend to start media trials & citizen trials before police does their job.let police do their job, if they fail then it makes sense for citizens to start their movement, until then we have media to keep an eye on them.

But ,This movement has not been started by Local People this is the initiative of the family of deceased because CBI has denied to attend the case ,Police is not working properly .In short the case has been putted  into the dustbin.Also Dear don`t you think that the cases of this type atleast of this type should be solved on priority basis because whole public want to see the procedure of Judiciary but unfortunately in our country it is becoming tough to get the Justice .Also are you not listening & watching TV these days ie there is no news about this case .

Why does this case deserve a spl treatment. The other crimes happening also deserve same attention. Just bcoz the accused is a judge doesn't mean he is more guilty than any other accused. This is not in news everyday coz they dont have any new update to show on this. How do u kno police is not working. Are u expecting the entire case files to be made public before a chargesheet is filed. 

As is the trend of out police and judiciary not workin properly similar is the trend of ask for a cbi enquiry on every case. Do u realise the workload with cbi.

Anyways this is india and there is no stopping anyone, so use ur democratic rights and do the protest but i personally feel that this is too early stage for such protests. U may think this thing worked in jessica lal case. In tht case the court took notice of the proteste as there was a lot of delay by police alredy. This case has jst begun.
