Hospitality Committee members needed!

Well school is starting less than a week away.  I'll bet all the parents are excited and the kids a little less so.  At least, the Merritt kids aren't happy about their adjusted earlier bedtime!

The PTA is in urgent need of a Hospitality committee!  The following describes the duties of this important committee:

Hospitality:  Takes place all year round – committee responsible for arranging refreshments for various events throughout the year including Welcome Back Teachers breakfast, BooHoo breakfast, and American Education Week.  This committee sends cards, on behalf of the PTA, of congratulations or condolences to faculty and staff members for important personal life events.  This committee is usually best for someone who is a stay-at-home parent and is available during the morning and daytime hours to be at school.

For now, April Graham, President, and I are fulfilling the duties of this committee, but we are very busy with other projects as well and would LOVE someone/s to take on this responsibility.  Please reply back to mars...@gmail.com if you are interested in helping out.  Thank you!
