Hi All
We are using Motorola device - TC55 with Android version 4.1.2. Unfortunately we changed the "Programmable side key" value. So when i click top right button laser scanner not open. First i try to set the "Programmable side key" but i am not able to find the value to set. Then i got a suggestion to do "Factory data reset". Factory data reset will erase all the settings. I searched a long time but i am not able to find that option in settings of Android 4.1.2 (Device name: Motorola TC55)
Anyone know how to set "Programmable side key" as laser scanner or how to do "factory data reset"
Thanks Vinothini Spritle Software.

Hi,
Inside the Settings, go to Programmable keys,
use the option menu keys(the third key, right on home button), click import. Choose Factory Settings.
After All that, click Apply and save it. Your scanner will do the trick.
