Greetings From Brazil.

Kindly find herewith attached the agreed corrected text (after review of agreed ad refs.) as of the closing plenary earlier today that the Government Forum beginning tommorrow will have in discussion.

As we may all be aware of the nature of the Government Forum, it is a political forum that will stamp the imprimatur of the final outcome document. Maybe there is leverage for inncoious or even fundemental changes to be made since ministers and Heads of States have the power to but it not anticipated as is not the protocol the Brazilian chair would like to follow as they have reiterated in the hard work they have put in harmonizing the texts. So political statements will be the myriad of the final forum.
