Progreso Latino and The Center to Advance Minority Participation in the Construction Industry are offering a Bilingual Basic Carpentry Training sponsored by The Department of Labor, WPGRI, WIA, and the Governor’s Workforce Board. This training will be offered to participants who are US Citizens or Permanent Residents, if male, they must be enrolled in Selective Service, unemployed or working part time, between 4th-8th grade of education, and 18 years of age or older. The classes will start in September in Pawtucket and they will be held Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 1:00pm and it will last 15 weeks.
