Good morning. Crossroads Rhode Island is interested in partnering
with other organization(s) to submit a proposal to provide employment
and training services to SNAP recipients. Many homeless clients
(individuals and families) receive SNAP benefits and we would love to
be able to expand the services that we provide to them. I'm writing
this email to see if there is any interest in partnering and/or if you
were planning to apply and would want to partner with an organization
that would focus on those recipients that are homeless (those in
shelter, transitional housing and permanent supportive housing).
Unfortunately I can't upload a copy of the RFP or the recently posted
Q&A's but they can be found on the purchasing website:

Q&A's & State Plan: http://www.purchasing.ri.gov/RIVIP/StateAgencyBids/7447847A1.PDF

Thanks so much and have a great day!

Jennifer
