Reminder: Tomorrow (Monday) is our climate crisis protest against "fossil fuel king" Chase Bank:

11:30 to 12:30

at Chase Bank

We wear masks and socially distance. Bring a sign if you want, and we also have a supply.

Chase Bank is profiting from the fossil fuel heating of the planet, the melting of the ice sheets, over nine feet of local sea-level rise by 2100, 32 feet by 2200, the flooding of coastlines here and around the world, the drying out of forests leaving them vulnerable to more frequent and larger fires, and much more.

Chase just announced a $1 billion bond for sustainable/renewable projects only which is a good step in our direction, but they still pour over $65 billion a year into fossil fuels.

Until Chase moves much more money from fossil fuels to renewables, we say NO to Chase Bank.
