Thanks. I had no problem downloading the source code without git.
However, "How to build.txt" specifies that "the build script assume
that you have git.exe on your path". When I run ".\psake.ps1
default.ps1" in powershell, it bombed because git.exe was not found.
I also tried opening up the solution file in VS2010, that didn't work
neither.
