How does one build the source from GIT? (http://github.com/ayende/
rhino-mocks)
How To Build.txt file is gone, and the NANT build file from the docs
directory appears to be out of date.
What are those .ps1 files anyway?
Also, if I fixed a bug, SVN had a "patch" feature that would
automatically account for my changes and create a patch. Does git have
a comparable function?
What happened to SVN https://rhino-tools.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/rhino-tools/trunk/?
Is it now deprecated?
