I found a bug in XmlIn Criterion, I don’t know if it’s related to recent changes in NHibernate trunk anyway this is the patch (with integration tests).
I had also to change the initialization of EmbeddedDBTests because NHibernate was saying that there wasn’t a persister for “SMS”, any idea?

Hm, I can't apply it for some reason.
Can you try updating to trunk and trying again. Please generate the patch from the rhino-commons directory.
