Hello,
before I insert rows in my last operation, I want to truncate the
target table.
Is it possible to have one transaction span multiple operations?

Truncate isn't a transactional operation.

Yes, you would need to setup it up so both operations share the same transaction, though.
It would probably require extending the current operations.
