Rhino Etl 1.2.3 - Released

Rhino Etl 1.2.3 has been released to Nuget (the Hibernating Rhino build seems to still be picking up an old version.)

This includes two pull requests around optimization when you know your data is already sorted. Thanks to @jonmpqts for this!
