Rhino.ServiceBus Common.Logging dependency version

Hi, is there any plan to update Common.Logging dependency to version 3.0? would you accept a pull request? would you be willing to release an updated nuget package version?

The upgrade from Common.Logging 2.x to 3.x cannot be worked out by an assembly binding redirection; see: https://github.com/net-commons/common-logging/issues/74

We have to build our own version of Rhino.ServiceBus in order to update other dependencies (Quartz for example) that depend on the newer version of Common.Logging.

I have created a PR of Rhino.ServiceBus but first needs Rhino.Queues a Common.Logging update to 3.0.0.
