claypool server framework

mostly I'm mostly trying to generalize the basic stuff so it satisfies
everyones basic needs for hooking up.

in case you guys are interested in getting started with webapp in
rhino in a more complete server side framework I have a project in
progress called claypooljs that has a server side framework that gets
you up and writing use webapps in rhino with short runway.
