The 1003 Helper App is he convenient way to collect client mortgage
information on the go!

1003 Helper is the easy way to collect client information for filling
out the Fannie Mae Universal Residential Loan Application (Form
1003). The application allows you to easily collect all the most
commonly required information to populate the form. It features an
innovative coloring scheme to allow you to easily see which
informational areas (borrower details, property information, refinance
specifics, etc) have been collected and which still require
information. Once the information has been collected, a document
(compatible with most word processors including Microsoft Word and
OpenOffice) can be sent via email (if your email is properly secured)
or printed via Apple's AirPrint technology.
