Hi my friends!
I read the article and I think this one is more interesting than other
ones.
We know that television is the most popular thing in our days and TV
play a big role in people's life. It can change our minds to the bad
side or good side. Mostly children are effected by
television .Because they learn a lot of things by seeing,
watching. Actually they like to watch cartoons.Sometimes they imagine
that they are one of the characters of the film. For all these reasons
Rosina Lippy-Green wrote an article about what they learn from the
cartoons.
It's true that there are different nations, traditions, languages in
the world. Children can learn a lot of useful things from cartoons.But
also bad things. Actually lots of films in English language but in
different accents.Writer says that children learn not only how to use
variation in their own language,but also how to interpret social
variation in the language of others.Year after year film uses
language with specific regional loyalties,ethnic,racial,or economic
alliances. In this article Lippi Green analyses Walt Disney's
movies.

We know that these moves are famous all over the world. Children can
learn a lot of things from these moves.For ex:
Love, friendship, braveness, homeland, race and etc. The main thing
is that could they understand which ones are bad or good characters?
Actually we can see discrimination in a lot of moves. Of course ,
these things can also effect children's mind. In films we see that
there are a lot of differences among characters
speaking,voice.Negative characters talk strongly, with horribly voices
but good characters' voices are soft.In Three Little Pigs we can
see Jewish accent,in Aladdin Arabian accent.
Alladin is my favorite film. Because I like Estern films,tales. Also
there is another film Alibaba and forty robbers.In this film Alibaba
is a poor man and he fights agains robbers.I think cartoons must be
more understandable not difficult.They musn't mix children's
thoughts. I think horror films or robots in films are harmful for
children.
