I have installed Horton Works Sandbox and installed the following
1.Yum Install R -
2.install.packages(c('Rcpp', 'RJSONIO', 'bitops', 'digest', 'functional', 'stringr', 'plyr', 'reshape2','caTools'))
3.then after downloading rmr2 from the following link
while installing rmr2 using the command
R CMD INSTALL rmr2_2.3.0.tar.gz
Iam getting the following error
Warning: invalid package ‘rmr2_2.3.0’
Warning: invalid package ‘.tar.gz’
Error: ERROR: no packages specified

Hi,
it looks like your command line included a separator between ‘rmr2_2.3.0’ and the extensions, for instance a space or a tab. I would just try and retype it.
