Kmeans algorithm can not be run sucessfully with the error "object 'combine' not found".

I have read the website which is 

"https://github.com/RevolutionAnalytics/rmr2/blob/master/docs/tutorial.md" .Howerve,I have a question about kmeans on Rhadoop.When I run the script of kmeans which  was displayed on that website,it will give a error which is "Error in eval(expr, envir, enclos) : object 'combine' not found".  What is the reason?

The code in the text is slightly rearranged for the sake of exposition. Follow the link to kmeans.R to find actual tested code. If it still doesn't work please provide versions of everything involved and a bigger section of stderr.
