R on windows connect the rhadoop on linux for ubuntu 12.04

I have R installed on 32 bits Windows 7. In the same machine, I have  Hadoop running inside an vmware virtual machine which has a system ubuntu 12.04. Now I want to connect to Hadoop through R on win7 and run hadoop command on R. I have installed Rserve on the linux and installed RSclient on R for win 7.Now, I can run R command through RSclient and Serve. But I do not run hadoop command. I do not know whether the idea is right or not. Please help me with a step by step procedure to run R command  to call Hadoop or tell me a more idea.  Thanks.
