Hi,
please don't be too concerned if you see posts change status, labels or what not in the next few days. I am trying to experiment with some groups features to better manage your requests. The issue tracker is actually better suited for user support, but many people find forums more familiar or otherwise preferred. Please don't take it personally if you see the "no action needed" flag or if I mark my own answer "best answer", I'd like more diplomatically worded metadata, but that's what the system offers. All these flags are modifiable by any of the admins whenever the need arises. If I mark a request complete and you have evidence that it is not, not to worry, please reply with the new evidence and I will reopen it, exactly like we do in the issue tracker. I just need some workflow support and some way of directing my focus. Also, when your request becomes a card-carrying bug I am going to open a ticket in the issue tracker, where we can reference code changes, and close the conversation with a link to the issue. To avoid duplications, that thread will become locked to replies. Finally, please refrain from replying to old issues that are just related to your request, again for the sake of workflow management. There is no charge for 1) opening a new thread 2) linking to the old one if you suspect a relation. As usual, feedback is welcome.
