What is R Client mentioned in the R Hadoop wiki

Hi All,

I am new two R Hadoop. I was just trying to understand what is 'R Client' as mentioned in the Wiki of R Hadoop (https://github.com/RevolutionAnalytics/RHadoop/wiki). Is it some standalone package that I need to install separately?
