need to check inventory lists, make a rental list that is separate
from inventory, need to make a list of needed equipment and expected
budget, need to post inventory list on the door

edited inventory list and posted it on the closet door.
need to make a separate rental list. need to make note of what needs
to be brought over from other offices or replaced (like the blender
and the projector remote).
need to label closet (use small folder labels that are in the office
supplies filing cabinet in the office).

need to add prices to de anza inventory, make an equipment list out of
the de anza inventory list, lable where everything goes in the de anza
office.

Do we still need to test the san cat speakers and the PA system?

started labeling de Anza office, left the labels and the permanent
marker next to the first computer.

need to have a finalized rental list, equipment list, and inventory
list by August 12.
will be going shopping for storage stuff tomorrow and taking the
speakers into Whorf Entertainment

Hopefully going to CostCo on TUES so katie went today to check things
out price wise, we will hopefully be getting two new storage shelves
for the San Cat closet! yay!

BIG PICTURE Goal for closets: A perfect system for the year where the
closets won't get messed up every time there is a program and so
people can put things back easily!

WE have $8,000 for equipment for the summer we need to use it all!!!!

Tested out blenders, disco lights, and the red outdoor lights from the san can closet. Started preparting a pile of things to take to the Santa Rosa closet on Monday.
