All of the break out session rooms have been reserved.
They will be all the formal lounges, classrooms, and rec rooms of san
nick, san miguel, and santa rosa
We just need to sign the Corwin contract as soon as it gets faxed to
us
The next steps are to figure out the layout, have a general schedule,
and start working on those folders

Started compiling documents for a master folder to get approved at the
meeting

Great meeting on Tuesday!
Goals for Monday 7/25 decided on:
-draft opening speech
-agenda for evening
-find slide show and start editing
-research folder options/costs*
-find break-out agendas from last year
Goal w/o date: contact Alex Ramos (for treasurers), Grant/Cari (for
MACs), and Michael Takahara (for HAWCs).
*the number of folks that we got for hall council for the budget is
282. Can I see your breakdown to see how our numbers line up so that
we can have a for-sure total for various things throughout the year?

Found the old leadership forum slideshow. Im in the process of
updating it. This year we will be breaking the presentations up
between a general overivew and a different slideshow for parli pro in
an effort to reduce confusion.
We just need to get each position folder done with and purchase the

Folders are all finished. Just waiting for approval and then its time
to print!!

All of the folders have been stuffed! The only thing that is left to
do is to glue all of the covers to the folders. I have already
completed the covers for community service chair and hall council
advisors (for the ARDs). I need some more glue sticks though (the ones
we have in san nic are dry/dont work very well), but Andrea said she
was going to get some picture glue.
