-We should set community living standards
- Committees are expected to complete weekly goals, come with a goal
on monday (to be completed by 7/11)
- Minion movie night Tuesday June 28 @ 9pm
-Closets/offices committee 2-on-2 with Advisors about goals
- Google group tutorial on Monday
- Advisor inbox will be located in Elizabeth's office
- Minion green thumb contest rules posted in the conference room, pots
need to be painted by Monday
- Free Tuesday movies with Elizabeth
-should start receiving emails from conference services

June 27th Meeting
- REMEMBER to clock in and out
- housing main office is 2760, trailer is 3281
- check messages from San Nic phone, especially because linen mailings
will be sent out
- Closets: clean office and conference room, throw stuff away, go to
staples with Andrea
-Equipment: test all equipment in San Cat, create an inventory
- Leadership Forum: gather info, book Corwin
- Fundraising: welcome kits only, 5 items with prices for kits, 3
promotional items with prices
- FSSP: gather info, plan opening program
- Retreats: want a summer retreat?, contact board members, 3
presentations for summer/fall retreat
- HSD/ SLD: gather info, plan HSD presentation (what is RHA?)
- Week of Welcome: 2 major program ideas per intern, ready to present
at 7/7 meeting
- Linens are first priority this week, hope to get them mailed within
2 days, leave notes for others so that they know where you left off
- Ideas : 3 different packages available to order, family feud style

Advisors: meet step by step goals and try not to jump ahead, next

July 7 Meeting
- Welcome David!!!!
-Goals?
--Leadership Forum is October 11 (folders for each position)
-- Promo items, working on gum package, towels, things that can be
thrown out to the crowd
-- making more detailed parli-pro chart
-- Battle of the Floors FSSP opening program July 30
-- Not having summer retreat, spend more money on bonding during
SLD, maybe have an exec retreat
-- interested in ethics, stress/time management, conflict management
presentations
-- HSD presentation planned out, need to find buzzers (probably in
San Nic) rehearsal on Monday
- New Goals
-- Equipment/ Offices and Closets: no clutter in San Cat, make a
rental list, continue labelling, re-check speakers, figure out
projector, make an equipment document, head over to De Anza and
inventory equipment there
-- be ready for Family Feud practice
-- work on SLD schedule, new sessions
-- continue work on Leadership Forum, reserve spaces for breakout
sessions, make folders

- combined offices, closets and equipment
-- craigslist for speaker repair
- Leadership forum
-- rooms reserced, speech drafted, costs for folders ($16 for 100,
$20 for 50 w/ fastener, $30 for 50 manilla envelopes?)
-- kinkos is closing, use ricoh for master copy and then "the beast"
for other copies
-- folders are meant to replace the ones from ARDs
- FSSP
-- more residents, talking to Kristen about decorating lounges,
script made, using stage and both rec room and lounge, MEET @ DLG to
eat dinner before set up
-- HALL COUNCIL INFO SESSION on Sunday @7, meet at DLG again
-- need to finalize flush, talk to Kristen, leisure photos

-- exec retreat the 19th?, reaching out to 200 returning residents
