Harlingen / Lower Valley Meeting

Greetings friends,
In out latest meeting, we discussed the possibility of having a
meeting in the lower valley. This thread is dedicated to planning for
such a meeting and determining who would likely attend. Some things we
would need to discuss are venue/location, date, time and car-pooling
travel plans, etc. It would also be good for those members who live in
and around the area to indicate the likeliness of their attending. I
know of at least two people who have indicated in the past that they
would like to attend, and it would be great to get to meet them in
person. This may be a good opportunity to even have an additional RGV
coordinator step up and start organizing in their local community as
well. What do you think?

Hopefully this coming month we can plan for a harlingen meeting... I
have about 10 people give or take who are interested in attending...

If we are not able to have a meeting as a group at Harlingen, then
maybe some of us can go and visit with the harlingen crowd. Me and
Maricano are able to go and I can fit another 2 or 3 people in my car.

Thank you guys!!! I am currently trying to work with everyone (whom is
interested) schedules, so it looks like a sat would be best as of
now... I know Armando mentioned we can do like a all day type of event
where were not crunched up on time... I'll keep everyone posted

I will be house sitting in Harlingen for all of next week. If there is still interest, I would be happy to meet with people in the area at that time. I look forward to the opportunity and hope we can make this happen!
