Here is the recording of my most recent adventure in legal land. This is my November 2nd pretrial hearing for expired tags.
There are four parts to this recording. The first part of the recording is with an officer who wasn’t too happy I didn’t rise for the judge. The second part is the pretrial hearing. Apparently we can go to trial without any evidence of a crime or a complaining party (vict...im). The third part is regarding the motion to dismiss that the “judge” denied but gave no reason (I wonder why). The fourth part shows how these people truly believe they own us.
