Big Bend Planning Session
Date: September 15, 2010
Time: 6:30PM - 8:00PM
This will be a short meeting dedicated to planning the fall trip to
Big Bend. Anyone interested in attending is welcome. If you have not
accompanied us to west Texas before you will be in for a treat. We
have chosen Sept. 30 - Nov. 5th for a reason. There is no moon and the
nights should be cool and dark. There is absolutely no moon this week
and the stars will seem to hang just beyond your out stretched arms.
If you can remember the days of your youth with the night wind blowing
in your hair and the distant cry of coyotes and other night animals
sounding lightly in your ears then you know the type of experience I'm
talking about. Man it just doesn't get any better than this come sit
with us around the camp fire and marvel at God's creation. We do!!!
