As set out in Michelle's e-mail, sadly she has lost an uncle and may not be present this week-end.  In the circumstances, perhaps we could set up a telephone conference on Tuesday night, 8 or 8:30, or Wednesday, to discuss the format of our presentation if only myself, Matt, Ragen and Jenn are available.

Ola equipe! 
I am available for a phone call around 8 or 8:30 tomorrow night, but not Wednesday.  I think the format of our presentation can remain the same though.  Have we actually finalized the format, in any case?  I still think we should keep our speaking brief, each just sharing 1 - 1.5 minutes on how the experience impacted us.  Then, have a slideshow of photos rotating through, accompanied by music.  Anna's team did this at last year's conference, and I thought it worked very well.  I could whip up a 3-4 minute slideshow this week if we want to do that.  In fact, I have some time tomorrow night, I could try to have something for everyone to review by the end of the night tomorrow...

Let me know if tomorrow night works for everyone for a phone call... otherwise maybe we can confirm the format through email?

Hey everyone, I threw together a slideshow with music for us to review and consider.  If there are any photos that anyone wants added, they can just send them to me and I will add them in the rotation.  I think we could use more professional visit photos, if anyone has more of those to share.  Also, if anyone wants the music changed, just send me a youtube clip of the song you want or tell me the song title... we can get a group consensus on this.

I didn't organize the photos yet, because I'm waiting to see if we really want to use something like this.  If we do, I'll organize them over the next couple days and add in whatever anyone else sends to me.

Hi Team,

 

I am working Tuesday night 5 pm – 5 AM, I will try to make the call, but don’t wait for me if everyone else is on. 

 

I like Matt’s slide show & the music. 

 

The dress code for Saturday at the Conference is Rotary Casual, but I think Jackets are necessary, I’m good with golf shirts or dress shirts, but after looking at our pictures, our khaki slacks are my preference – for more uniform look across the team.

I should be able to make the call but may be a few minutes late calling in so don't wait for me. I have a meeting from 6:30 to 8pm but I should be able to slip out a few minutes early.

Also, I think that Tony and I will still be going to the conference. Waiting for my parents to get back from my grandmother's funeral so I can tell them about my uncle and if they are going to sure this weekend to Picton for that funeral, then I will proceed with the conference and just go see my family one day this week to offer my support.
