Hi Folks,
Today, November 3rd, we had a nice meeting before DDE with last tranquil beam of the Saturday. Today i felt that something is really working out, out of the sweat of Pagrahies. In this Meeting  we almost done with T-shirt issue, Depaawali celebration is firmed on 1st December on Saturday, and we discussed on 'Common Bank Account' for the Group.
Today one and Half hour with tea and fresh chat made the evening like awhile in the seventh heaven. Thanks every one to join the movements of turning process in and out of system and also for tea.
 
We formed a new bureau for coming event, Dewali, and this committee consists of,
(i) Mr(Dr) Ravindra Agrawal (PhD, FST),
(ii) Mr Krishna Kumar (II PG, MSW),
(iii) Miss Himani (I PG, Bio) and
(iv) Mr Vikash Kumar (I PG, Bio).

T-shirt Final Price will be declared possibly end of this week.

As discussed in last meeting (3rd Nov.) we are going to have a gather on the eve of Diwali  on 1 December for this occasion we have formed a committee who will organize the gather. The committee has estimated the approximate expenses for the meeting is Rs. 5000/-

The approximate expenses are sorted as ;
Sweets 800/-
Diya (50 pcs) 150/-
Firebox( phuljadi) 150/-
Sound systeam 1500/-
Snacks 2000/-
Puja things 400/-

Cultural activities also discussed, so give your suggestions, ideas regarding it. Send in your advices and ideas regarding the above said plan, menu of sweets and snacks. The contribution of individuals is yet to be decided.
