 According to her, it is wastage of money. So, let me know all of yours opinion about the same.

Why do you need money for unnecessary things. Don't spend your tym in these things. What's the need for snacks during 15 -20 mins of meeting . Its just a waste. I am not ready to give.

Dear All,

Im bit surprised by the view because every eveng everyone hav tea/ coffee with frnds and dear ones or batchmates...
As generally the meetg day is saturday and dat too in eveng so some of u may not go out because of meetg and most of science backgrnd people come directly from lab just to attend the meetg. If we all are havg tea and meetg it wud be more refreshg (which otherwise also we wud hav taken outside with frnds if not comg for meetg)...so why not hav one monthly tea with our family...(PAGRAHI's)......dat is the concept of tea...
And money is very minimal (50Rs), which all of us can hopefully afford and its not for one meetg...
Surely money wud be waste if people wud give money and may not come to meetg... 

PS: Anil today eveng i will give the money

Thanks anil as you have shared her views on mail and i request her to put your opinon on mail. I request her to no need to put the view regarding pagraha on indivivals mail. You have full right to ask any thing on the group mail so that everyone can answer the view if they like or not

 

Anil if anyone is not interesed to pay its his /her choice

 

The motive behind the 50/- is not to collect and waste the money. Here the motive is that during the last meeting we just 10-12 peoples were there and i personally call them and they have given different reason not to come in the meeting, even some of them are roaming, Ihave seen during the meeting then also not to come in the meeting.

 

In a month just an hour is (7pm-8pm) not affected the work schedule. As i have also did PhD and i knew the work schedule. We have the time to waste for unnecessary chat not to make stong and fruitful group. This group is not just a group  it can give a chance to understand the situation and leadership,work managment,work like a team and most important give you yours identification in future

 

PS: Dear Rahul/Hemant whats the status of T-shirt,Kindly undate.

       Dear Om/prity whats the status of Graba program,Kindly update

I agree with Prity. Snacks are not important, time and discussion of things is concerned. And the bold truth is people will concentrate in eating not on the discussions.

Hi

 

Gud to read the mail but the motive is not to enjoy the snacks, motive is to attend the meeting. whats the use if we talk about time,discussion and great words.

Basic focus is to attend the meeting, due to this lack of attendance we are not still finializing the next program and T-shirt (which we have decided in last meeting).

 

Last meeting attendance was JUST 10. Even we dont have the time to spend 1hrs in full month for our GROUP. Then How we will discuss the issues

i think this dispute can be streched as long as you want, so let
us finish this here only. the one who all want to give the
money,they can give it to anil, and who all are not agreeing with this
please don't give. no budy is forcing you for this, its your part if
you want to contribute please do if u don't let it be.
but my polite request to you all is please come and attend the
meeting atleast, 1 hr wont take ur degree away from
you.
i hope every thing is clear now, and no argumeents will be
continued. i m hoping to see you all in garba programe and in the next
meeting,
