Changes:

Fix for the requires that assembly stdole 7.0.3300.0 be installed in
the global assembly cache (GAC) error
Remove the TrailingStop parameter for the Triangular Arbitrage
Calculator since not being used.
Just install this updated version over the existing version, if any,
as no need to deinstall the previous version.
