Locker Handover to new MC

This is to inform you that today (Jan 18, 2014) , I have handed over the RG docs and locker key to Mr Bala Venkataraman (Treasurer MC),  in the presence of  Mr Sundaram (President MC), Mr Iyer, Ms Harshita Nayak, and Mr Krishnaiah.

1. Original Sanction Drawings (Blue Print) - 1of 15 to 10 of 15.- Total 10Nos. 

2. Original Deed of Declaration (Orange Book)

3. Original Parent Docs (Blue Spriral Book)

4. Original Fixed Deposit Receipts along with resolutions for each of the bank.(Blue Flat File)

•     Sinking Fund Corporation Bank: Rs 95,00,000
•     Sinking Fund Vijaya Bank: Rs 90,00,000
•     Sinking Fund Canara Bank: Rs 26,79,970
•     Sinking Fund Canara Bank: Rs 35,00,000
•     Sinking Fund Canara Bank: Rs 35,00,000
•     Sinking Fund Canara Bank: Rs 15,300
•     Short Term Deposit Vijaya Bank: Rs 2,00,000 

The document/drawing verification and confirmation was done by Ms Harshita Nayak and Mr Krishaniah.
