Dear Sir/Madam..
We have been requesting for a day off to the team on account of National & Festival Holidays. Considering the holiday on account of Christamas... request you to grant leave for the team as part of the holidays declared by the Government.
However, we will ensure atleast 2 – 3 resources are available from 9a.m. to 11.am to clear the basic works. My Supervisor Mallikarjun will inform Phillip on the same.
Kindly approve the same.
