Regarding water update...

Hi Stuti & Rahul,

I want to update you on 2 items. Please take necessary action or let me know whether I can send out a mail directly to the owners on the 1st item

1. Using E block borewell

We have installed Chlorine dosage pump for now but not in a position to take AMC for water treatment plant forward due to dissolution of the committee. So, I would want you to send out a mail to owners saying that we want to use the borewells as we have installed the dosage pump and provide any concerns in a day or two. If we do not hear feedback, then we should start using the borewells.

2. Miscellaneous water charges

I have collected Rs 3,000/- from Philips for the month of Oct, 2013 out of which I have to pay Rs 1,500/- for Rahul. I have communicated this to Rahul yesterday and he is aware of it. He has to get Rs 1,500/- from Philips for second half of Sep, 2013 when I was abroad and not taking care of water portfolio. Rahul remembers to have paid the money but not yet received from Philips.

Hi Subhash,

 

Please pay Rahul Rs 3000. I had given Rs 3000 to Philip and had asked him to pay Rahul (pending payment for September).

With respect to your claim...I will settle it as part of October payment.

Jayanthi,

FYI, we are spending this amount on bi-weekly basis and not on monthly basis as was done earlier. Hence there seems to be some confusion.

The pending payment for Sep is only Rs 1,500/- and not Rs 3,000/- to Rahul since I had paid Rs 1,500/- and have collected the same from Philips before going abroad in Sep 1st week.

With regards to Oct, we both have paid Rs 1,500/- each and I have received Rs 3,000/- for Oct month from Philips. Hence, I will have to pay Rs 1,500/- to Rahul which I have already informed him.

So, to avoid confusion further, please ask Philips to pay Rs 1,500/- to Rahul for Sep 2nd installment.

Please check your records for further clarity.
