2.Mr.Pappu is also fined Rs.500/- 3. Please go to the maintenance office and register your security related compliants apart from bringing to residents notice in adda. Adarsh will act only on registered compliants. 4. We have instructed the main gate security not to allow anyone for delivery unless the residents permits the visitor to allow inside by a phone call. Since today morning, already 2 to 3 courier deliveries is sent back since resident could not be reached. 5. Not all residents have intercom facility, we suggest that residents apply for BSNL or Airtel landline connection at the earliest for better security. We know that security does not call residents even though they are having landline connections. They are excuses like they are not picking the phone etc. Unless, we have majority of residents in the intercom, it is impossible to look towards a secure environment. 6. Request residents to question suspicious characters roaming in the complex so that they know that they are being watched. Do not depend on MC , only together we can make this place secure. Ask them their Adarsh ID card, if they do not have Adarsh ID car, register a compliant in the security register. 7. Cycles parked in the common-areas, either take it inside your house or park it in the basement in your parking areas and secure it to the cycle hook provided. If there is no cycle hook, raise a written request with the maintenance. We should not be surprised if we start loosing cycles next. 8. We know that there are live-in maids in the complex who are not registered with Adarsh. If not registered, get them registered and get a Adarsh ID card. Because very soon, they will be stopped from entering the complex. 9. We need your help in making the security tight so do not get into fight or argument if someone's ego gets hurt when security want to do their job. Respect them as human beings. Most of the MC team's time goes in panchayat when residents get into arguement or do not care about the guidelines and bye-laws. 10. We have found residents giving false reasons to get the second parking stickers. Now MC has decided to physically verify the claims of residents and not go by resident's word.
