Dear Owners,
As per the decision of the members in
20th Oct 2013 meeting, all the authority given to the outgoing MC to take decision
stands terminated as on today (6th Nov 2013) .
We
would like to keep members informed that the following important decisions have
an impact on our day to day maintenance activity:
1. Payment to our service vendors falls due on 7th Nov 2013. Since
they are aware about the dissolution of the MC they have asked clarity about
their payment to which we expressed our inability to give any clarity.
2. Utility payments falls due between 10th to 15th Nov
2013.
3. Estate Manager needs direction and
approval from MC on certain day to day activities (e.g ordering of water
tankers, purchasing diesel for running generator, purchasing items for
housekeeping, STP, electrical, plumbing and other infrastructure operation and maintenance
tasks).
Considering the above we thought it is
important to keep the resident owners informed for an appropriate decision to
move forward.
