Hi All,

  I would like to take attention passed the bill in the AGM to open the main gate for 2 -3 hours in the morning to manage rush in the morning hours for kids, office going employee and parents standing on the gate to drop the kids in the school bus.

There are so much rush in the morning. Today, My son suppose to fall down near the main gate and somehow by GOD grace he escape otherwise I would goto police case against these management committee.

I am also hearing so many incidences happening  due to the main gate closed during the morning hours. Security guard is incapable of managing main gate and management committee is arrogance and escaping from the ownership and responsibility.

Let us go with outsourcing to avoid arrogance and attitude of the current committee. 

The current management committee is not listening anyone and only concentrating on the garden and lightening including CCTV. They are not worry about the kids security and their health.

We as owners would like to audit of the current management committee meeting notes and action items.

Mr. Manager please arrange EGM with the help of current management committee and if possible let us go with options to remove this management committee and go with outsourcing options.

Hi Manager,

Suggestion:-

   Without Delay, let the main gate open from 6:30 AM till 8:30 AM everyday except Sunday from tomorrow on wards. This is the proactive steps to avoid the incidence and part of the safety and security of the residents. We would not wait to any kids or senior citizen hurt due to main gate close or rush on the pathway. Putting paper notice is not working so lets security in person handle.

If any issue, please reply all with problem statement.  I hope our security can able to handle the kids crowd in the morning for at least 2 hours. If not let us know the other solution but gate required to open.

Sorry Mr. Jitendra to hear about the incident with your son but this management committee is one of the best committee.

 There are many good initiative taken by this committee apart from garden, lightening, CCTV and all these are for benefits of residents and to save the operating cost. Main gate is closed since last 3 years and this committee is working only from last 6 months. It is difficult to understand how this shows current MC arrogance.

Outsourcing is not a solution in any case as outsourcing agency will also follow only few committee members. It will increase the maintenance cost only.

Thanks Manish for your point of view on this committee on CCTV, lightning, gardening and agreed however according to me this the matter of security and safety and in capable of handling this. So this committee is not handling properly from last 8 to 9 months and hope you understand the attitude/arrogance of this committee. Have you audited any minutes of the meeting from last 6 months. It suppose to have meeting once or twice in a month and there will be minutes of meeting circulated within owners association group. Do you have? Hope no.

Could you please let me know if your kids used school bus service in the morning, have you faced any time morning rush issues. We will discuss in the AGM or EGM. Please attend EGM/AGM meeting and let manager handle this with outsourcing options and cost. We will discuss all the options and will decide collaboratively.

I would not like to hurt emotionally anyone with this email however today is my kid, tomorrow your or someone else. So politics of safety will not help. Please understand and if required will discuss offline.

Suggestion:- We should not use best or worst word of the committee in the email and we will just discuss the problem or seriousness of the problem. We should not dilute the seriousness of safety of kids or senior citizens. we will discuss offline.

Mr. Jitendra its not about politics, it about honest opinion for someone who is working for the apartment betterment without any false marketing.

If someone is doing good work, we should not hesitate in saying it. You had one incident and started saying committee attitude/arrogance/removal.

I don't remember that any MC in RGA shared MoM on monthly basis. So far practice is to share MoM only for AGM (once in a year) so why you are expecting this from current MC.

Regarding morning time chaos, it is due to individual time management. If we have 1-2 minutes extra there is no need for last minute rush.
