Dumping garbage into our community

Dear All,

I want to bring to your notice that, garbage is being pushed to the last lane of Phase IV from a house in Phase III through their back gate advertently. When asked to stop, they are using derogatory words which could not be communicated through mail. This incident is happening daily for the past one week which adds overhead not only to nearby houses and also for the sweeper employed by us. The servant who is doing this as per owner's command also using unethical words and these people should not be allowed inside our premises.

I request our association to take the issue to Phase III association and take strict measures to end this problem.
