Attention Phase 5 Residents & Owners ( Regarding the EB Work )

Hi All,

There is a 100 KVA Transformer is alloted for Phase 5 Alone, and the work is started near the compound by the TNEB.

We are collecting Rs.10000 per house. This is only for the 23 house in Phase 5 alone, This cost is going to cover the Cable & Road Digging and Re-laying purpose.

This transformer installation will solver our Voltage Fluctuation problem permanently.

Request all the house owners to pay the Cost before end tomorrow. As the work is going to finish by next week.

Hope all the house owners will get the notification from your tenant atleast 2 months back.

Dear All, 

           The EB  Transformer work had successfully completed. The details of accounts given below :

01. Total Payment collected : Rs. 2,30,000 /-  ( 23 Houses * Rs.10000 )

02. Amount Paid to EB People  { Inclusive of Cable, Transformer, Digging & Laying } : Rs. 1,30,000 /-

03. Amount Paid to Paver Block Contractor { Inclusive of Material & Labour  } : Rs. 50,000 /-

04. Hence Total Expenses is Rs. 180000 /-.. Balance is Rs. 50,000 /-

05. We will reimburse Rs. 2173 /- to each house asap. ( Rs.50000 / 23 )

06. Owners who is residing in RGL, Please collect it from Sudhir ( A6 in Phase 5 ) or if you wants to deduct for the maintenance that is also fine.

07. Owners who is not residing in RGL, Please let Sudhir know how to transfer the money to you all.
