Essex Art Center News January 5, 2010 Essex Art Center Gallery Reception Please join us this coming Friday, January 8, from 5 to 7 p.m. to celebrate the new exhibitions in our galleries.    Chester F. Sidell Gallery   The Vase in Winter, featuring ceramic work by Mary Barringer, Hayne Bayless, Paul Heroux, and Scott Goldberg. Hayne Bayless    Elizabeth A. Beland Gallery  Waking With You, recent embroidery drawings and photography by Joetta Maue, exploring the act of sleep, the role of the bed and the lover in our lives. Joetta Maue    Images and more information. These exhibitions run through February 19, 2010.  Gallery hours:  M-F  10-6.  Closed January 18 and February 15.  Please call for additional evening hours.    Happy New Year!
