I really like reading stories like that. It is great that someone is
able to take something that has been lost for centuries and reproduce
it as best as they can. The first such story that I recall is when a
team found some bottled beer in an old shipwreck from a couple of
centuries ago and used the still live yeast to make a beer. It would
be nice to be able to taste the stuff that is produced from such
finds.
