rgbdemo ubuntu 12.04 openni and multiple kinect

Hello,
I just finished to install/configure ubuntu and rgbDemo. I can run rgbdview and rgbd-multikinect without any error.
Now I need to calibrate (extrinsic) my two kinect. First, I try to do a manually calibration. I see a demo on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zkhQbS7qKig). But I can't using it. I open the rgbd-multikinect and open the 3d view. I select the merge view but the image switch every time between the two kinect.
Could you help me to run this manual calibration like we can see on youtube ?
