Loan disbursement

Hi,

Do you have any update on loan disbursement for RG Luxury.

As per my knowledge, not a single bank has started disbursement for RG Luxury. Is it correct?

Though I still have not applied for loan , but i spoke to corporation, allahabad and hdfc bank representatives. All said that they are processing the application and disbursement will happen when application gets sanctioned- ie within 15 days. Feel that there is no issue of disbursement from bank

Yesterday, I had a word with Nidhi regarding the loan disbursement. As per her corporation bank has started disbursement.

I have applied thru HDFC and didn't get sanction letter yet and as per Nidhi, I have to pay penalty as project is bankable(disbursement) from corporation bank; RG Group would not be responsible if HDFC haven't stated the disbursement yet. 

Do you have any info about this?

Paid the 3rd and 4th Installment demand (upto basement roof casting) . Not applied still for loan though HDFC bank is after me for loan application. Any one has update on construction status on site. Not been there since long.  If construction is in full swing then i feel the first floor roof casting may also come in thru soon....Friends pls update and do post on the site. Theres been inactivity since long. And wish you all HAPPY DEEPAVALI

my loan just got sanctioned from corporation bank....waiting for RG to complete rest of the formalites...

                  I gave 25% form my pocket. After that RG gave a demand for another 17.5 % as per payment plan.

After the initial 25% I have received another demand of 15% and 7.5%, So now the question is should I pay the same or wait for the bank loan approval. I have already paid 32.5%

hi,

    As per my knowledge HDFC,corporation & Allahabad bank have already started paying loan...so if you have sufficunet fund of our own you can pay...else let the bank pay it ...from recent pics of RG site its evident that within 1 month or so next demand will come. i suppose its on 1st floor roof casting ...........
