Database of Members

Dear Amit,

Thanks for taking initiative in creating this group.

You may consider adding a database where all members can add information like name, contact details, flat no.s or even rate purchased (optional) etc. so that we know each other better. You may also allow only members who update the same to continue. You may also restrict the membership to people who have purchased a flat in RG luxury. 

All these are practices being followed in Gaur Saundarayam yahoo group that I recently become member of. If I could be of any help, I will be happy to help.

Hi, guys sorry for a rather delayed response. I have checked unlike yahoo groups, database cannot be uploaded in google group. Hence no database of members can be maintained directly on the site / group.

As per restricting the members to owners of flats in RG Luxury is call the group needs to take. You may send your views on this.

Hi Ravi, 

We can use google doc( google spreadsheet) to maintain database of the members.

To do the same, create a spreadsheet with desired column and give edit permission to each member of group to said spreadsheet. Than each member needs to provide its data to center located spreadsheet.

We have booked a couple of flats in Tower M.

Does anyone know if floors above 19 are approved and if anyone has got loans approved for higher floors?

I heard earlier that higher floors don't have the approvals yet?

Visited site on 25 dec for "MATA KI CHOWKI" with Family.   Venue was superbly done- simply out of world , Lakha the bhajan singer was fabulous and the most interesting thing was the food arrangement--shud have been about 100 vegetarian dishes...all fabulously done... and the atmosphere was electric..... Could see at least around 100-125 families though didnt interact. Checked construction ...its progressing and as per photos on RG Website.   Glad to know that Rajesh is a God fearing person... should be advantage to us....
