Completion of complete project

Hi,

I recently joined this group. I came to know about this group from Indian Real Estate forum - RG thread.

Can someone tell us what is the target completion date of the last tower (Tower G??) . I heard it is 2017. and if 2017, which month (including 3 months grace period, as builders always use that). I have flat in tower E and so I know for that it is December 2015.

I suspect that the central 7 acre park and infact all other amenities will not be functional before the last of the towers is ready.
Please share your thoughts.

Guys what happened . All of u silent and not commenting. Actually. Please keep this group alive. Any guys visited NE and how's it coming up. Actually I hit a bad patch at work and hence was away for 3-4 months but back ow.

If someone is going towards the project side, please post your updates, views etc. I am coming to delhi oct end and will be visiting.

Btw - I got a call from a brokerage agency and asked if I wanted to sell.
On inquiring the rates, I was told 3000 psft above floor 21 and 3200psft below that.

I think that's way below expectation? What do you folks think?
